Coming near to God

But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out]. Heb 11:6-AMP

It is pretty easy to get discouraged win everything around you seems hopeless or going out of control. We often get busy doing stuff or tying to be the right person in order to please God and make it into heaven for eternity. Unfortunately the more we try to be good or excellent to earn the favor of God the more frustrating it get because, quite frankly, we never will be. That is Good, No Great News!! While many people believe that He exists many don't believe that He loves them and wants to reward them for just following after him. We don't trust that he will do what says he will do. Or it may be that we think that he will do it for others and not me.

We can't try harder to measure up. The only way to truly please him is to believe he is who he says he is. He doese what he says he will do. His heart is for us and he will reward us for diligently seeking him in everything. Think of it. The God of heaven, creator of the universe loves you and wants a relationship with you. He longs to have you quit running after things that will keep you from him. If you believe that he exists and that he rewards those who diligently walk their lives after him by his plans your reward will be more than you can think or imagine.

  Trust   in   the   LORD   with all   thine heart;   and   lean   not   unto   thine own understanding. Prov. 3:5-KJV These are chaotic times when evil seems to be rising up everywhere.  More and more we realize that only God can bring a lasting shift and  salvation. We have to trust Him to do more than man can do.  Trust can only come from a source that has proven to be solid, good, and with the  knowledge that it  is really for you not against you. Many of us say they know God, but do we really know him as he is or do we  place our trust in a God that fits our understanding. A Kingdom Viewpoint and Kingdom Results I have often taught on Caleb and Joshua as people of a different spirit.  They saw the bigness of God rather than the natural barriers of the giants in the land.
