Welcome to Kingdom Views! Yes, it has been ten years since I ventured into the blog world, but the Lord has nudged me that it is time to return. We are often called to pray "Thy Kingdom Come; Thy will be done ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN." A lot has shifted in the last decade. The Lord promised in His word that He will shake everything that can be shaken so only that which cannot be shaken will remain. The chaos we see all around us is a Kingdom war. Many will ask, "Why doesn't the Lord just do it and we will go in and take up residence?" When we have questions about anything in scripture, we have to look at the place where it is first mentioned to get the sense of where the Lord stands on the subject. Let's look at the original model. The creation and the Garden. God created man (and woman) in His image and likeness. They would look like him and have his character (act like him with full authority). He was set in the Garden and told him to...
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Prov. 3:5-KJV These are chaotic times when evil seems to be rising up everywhere. These times of shaking test us and cut away those things that hinder us from being all he created us to be. I call them "proving times" because in them he proves to us that he ...
A Kingdom Viewpoint and Kingdom Results I have often taught on Caleb and Joshua as people of a different spirit. They saw the bigness of God rather than the natural barriers of the giants in the land. Most of the Spies saw themselves like grasshoppers and they feared the giants in the land the Lord had promised. There is always someone saying, "How could the people of Israel see all of God's miracles and not believe the Lord that he would give them the land. I was one of those people. One day, I heard the Lord say, "Ken, how do you see me?" When the Lord shows you something there is usually a test. Tests of God prove who he is and his faithfulness as well as the degree of the reality in your life. One of my tests came during a ministry trip to India. A friend of mine was a native of India and had a large ministry planting churches and training leaders. He had often encouraged me to come with him to India and spend time with his leaders. I have to admi...
